:rolleyes: I was stationed at TJ from 81-83, I worked in the 401st CRS Electric Shop; then returned in 1985 as spouse to Barron "Bubba" Williams and worked at the Base Billeting Office as a Desk Clerk with CMSgt Vanhooser, SMSgt Roy Vaughn, TSgt Whitfield, Sandy Alongi, TSgt Roger Erwin, SSgt Urline Rchardson and at the 2186th Comm Sq DO Section as a Secretary for Captain Martha Scott and CMSgt Kaprowski. Urline Richardson and I are planning a SPAIN REUNION for all that was stationed at Torrejon between 1981 through 1990. Holla if you are interested; we are compiling a contact listing as well as creating a FACEBOOK Page to help with the planning stages. Torrejon was my best assignment and I have fond memories of many good times at Kingston Pub and TJ Stones with Buddy Miles as DJ and Ribs in the Back. Please contact if you are interested; also I am looking for my former roommate Larry "SPEED" Humphrey who worked in Data Automation, he was from New York and also SSgt Roberto "Bob" Vega from Data Automation, they both played softball.

We were stationed at Torrejon from 1973 -1976. We were a part of the Shodcon Karate club on base. We live in royal Oaks. Any one from that time period.

Hello everyone I was stationed at TJ 1983-1991 and was assigned to the 2186 Comm Sq though I worked at the Comm Site Humosa. As with many it was the best assignment you could ever wish for. I have been living and working in Europe every since but nothing compares to the days of Madrid while at TJ. I have much love for all who had the opportunity to serve at such a special place.
